Form GC-348: Duties of Conservator and Acknowledgment of Receipt of Handbook

Form GC-348 is the plain-language “job description” of a conservator, acknowledging receipt of the Judicial Council’s conservator handbook. The proposed conservator signs it, and it is filed before Letters issue.
