Pour-over Will
A pour-over will is used in conjunction with a living trust estate. Should a person forget to change title of an asset into the name of the living trust, this pour-over will states simply that any assets not funded into the name of your living trust, should be guided by the legal language set forth in your living trust and essentially names your trust as beneficiary of any property that does not pass directly to a living beneficiary.

Advanced Healthcare Directive in Estate Planning
An Advanced Healthcare Directive is a legal document that appoints a person(s) to make healthcare decisions on your behalf should you be unable to do so due to injury, illness or diminished capacity. This document explains in advance to the person you appoint to make these decisions, your wishes as to the care you would or would not choose if you had the capacity to make them.
Durable Power of Attorney (Financial) Estate Planning
The durable power of attorney for financial is a way to allow someone that you choose to manage your finances in the event that you become incapacitated and are unable to do so yourself. It grants someone the legal authority to act on your behalf for financial issues; pay bills, pay medical expenses, manage assets, accessing your financial accounts. Essentially, this document gives authority to the person you choose to deal with all of your financial affairs.
