Form GC-320: Citation for Conservatorship and Proof of Service

Form GC-320 must be personally served on the proposed conservatee – it formally tells them a conservatorship is being sought over them and lists their rights.

Service Rules

The petitioner cannot do the serving; a third adult or professional process server must serve it and sign the proof. Defective citation service is the number-one cause of continued (delayed) hearings.
